A new dining and passenger exhibit will open on February 11, 2017, featuring hundreds of pieces of china from Jay Christopher’s collection. This will be the first time this selection of china has been on display at the Museum. The exhibit will include silver, service plates, prominent patterns, and china used on railroads, steamships, and airlines. The exhibit will discuss the rise and fall of fine transportation dining. There will be plenty of recipe examples for you to take home and recreate.
