Thomas the Tank Engine will be back at the National Railroad Museum from June 21-25, 2017!
As the largest fundraiser for the Museum, A Day Out with Thomas allows little engineers and their families to enjoy a 25-minute train ride with their favorite engine, meet Sir Topham Hatt®, and enjoy a day of fun activities including games, arts and crafts, live music, and much more!
Train rides depart every 45 minutes, rain or shine. Departure times begin at 9:15 am through 4:45 pm each day of the event.
Tickets for Day Out With Thomas: The Friendship Tour! – are $19 plus tax for ages two and up. Buy your tickets before June 1st for a $2.00 early bird discount!

From the National Railroad Museum’s main gate, proceed south on Broadway. Travel approx. 1.1 miles. At the corner of Broadway and Hansen Rd. make a left turn into the former Schneider National Green Bay Maintenance Terminal. Ride the shuttle bus back to the Museum. The shuttle leaves the parking lot approx. every 20 to 30 minutes.
*No general museum admission available during the event. Tickets sell out. Advanced purchase is highly recommended, only a very small number of tickets are available at the gate.
