PAW Patrol Paw-Palooza

Quick Details

PAW PATROL Paw-Palooza Moved to August 2021

The health and safety of our visitors, volunteers, and staff are a priority during this public health crisis.  As of Thursday, July 16, 2020, the Museum made the decision to postpone the 2020 PAW PATROL Paw-Palooza event to August 13 – 15, 2021 due to the rising transmission rate of COVID-19 in the state of Wisconsin.

As an August 7 – 9, 2020 ticket holder, you received an email on July 16, 2020, providing you the option to donate your admission, move your tickets to the August 13 – 15, 2021 event, receive a gift certificate, or a refund. If you would like to receive a gift certificate or a refund, please send your request to [email protected] or [email protected]  by August 31, 2020. Please note that refunds can take between 7 to 10 business days to process. If we haven’t heard from you by that date, your tickets will automatically transfer to the 2021 event dates or a gift certificate will be issued by request only.

We are happy to help if you have any questions. Please reach out to the PAW PATROL Paw-Palooza event coordinator, Jan Padron at [email protected], or the Museum store manager, Chris Gustafson at [email protected].
