VIP Reception: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Limited to 40 attendees)
Main Event: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Limited to 410 attendees)
A fundraiser to support the Museum, tickets to this event go quick, so act fast to secure yours now. Sample craft beers, regional wines, and local food, surrounded by massive historic trains. Help support the Museum by playing games or bidding on collectible items, great trips, sporting packages and more. **Must be 21 with a valid ID to attend.**
Tickets: $38 before February 15th or $45 at the door. Each ticket includes: a souvenir glass, 3 hours of beverage and food sampling, music, games, and a wide array of auction items to bid on and win! $20 of each ticket is a tax-deductible donation that helps support the Museums education, exhibits, and restoration programs.
VIP Reception Plus Event
Enjoy premier hors-d’oeuvres and exclusive beer pairings an hour before the doors open for the main event. The reception will be held from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. inside the Museum’s Jodey Lenfestey Children’s Discovery Depot. The food and beer samples provided will be exclusive to the VIP Reception and will not be served at the main event. You can even partake in an informational discussion about taste flavor variations lead by an expert. This $55 ticket also includes your admission to the Rails & Ales Brewfest Main event following the reception.
Purchase tickets in advance or buy them at the door on the day of the event (if not sold out). Must be 21 to attend and I.D. will be required at entry for all ages.
